Jerry Wayne Paul has successfully led major projects, including the rigging, refurbishment, and commissioning of over 60 land and offshore rigs across the Middle East, Egypt, U.A.E, Oman, Yemen, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Iraq, and Kuwait. Bill Gibson brings extensive experience in financial and operational management, including a distinguished 40-year career at ExxonMobil. During his tenure, he managed a team overseeing the payment of over 3,000 invoices daily, played a pivotal role in treasury operations, and contributed to designing innovative financial systems.

Bill Gibson’s illustrious career at ExxonMobil, spanning 40 years, is a testament to his leadership and expertise in financial management. Rising through the ranks, Bill became the Manager of the Banking & Payables Department, where he led a team of 80 professionals responsible for processing over 3,000 invoices daily. His role also encompassed overseeing treasury operations, including managing seamless bank transfers and addressing local treasury issues.
Bill’s contributions to ExxonMobil were pivotal in driving innovation and efficiency. He was instrumental in three major accounting center consolidations and played a key role in designing a state-of-the-art accounts payable system, setting new standards in financial operations.
